Today we headed to Mix Restaurant in Tallinn for a business lunch and a little planning session for our company. The timing couldn’t have been better, as Mix recently launched a new menu, and we were excited to try it.

Starters

For starters, my husband/business partner Mikko ordered the Mix Special Tartar, while I went for the Salmon Tartar. Both dishes impressed us with their freshness, balance, and beautiful presentation. The quality truly stands out.

Main course

For the mains, I chose the Duck Confit, and my partner had the Salmon Sous 55. We can highly recommend both. Flavorful, well-executed, and perfect for a refined yet relaxed lunch.

Desserts you must try

To finish, we shared coconut ice cream with sorbet and the classic Vana Tallinn tiramisu dessert. Sweet ending to a great lunch.
