PÄRNU, ESTONIA – One of Estonia’s most significant hospitality developments is set to open in 2027 as PART Spa & Hotel prepares to welcome guests to an exceptional beachfront location in Pärnu, Estonia’s renowned summer capital.

Representing an estimated investment of €50–70 million, the project will introduce a new generation of luxury accommodation, spa and wellness experiences, dining, and event facilities to one of the Baltic region’s most popular coastal destinations. The project is being developed by Brackmann, with construction carried out by Merko, one of the Baltics’ leading construction companies.

Located on the first row of Pärnu Beach, PART Spa & Hotel will offer direct access to the city’s famous sandy shoreline while providing guests with contemporary accommodation, premium wellness facilities, and modern conference and event spaces. The development is designed to serve both leisure and business travelers throughout the year.

The hotel is expected to become a landmark destination for wellness tourism, offering an extensive spa experience, high-quality restaurants, and versatile facilities for conferences, corporate events, and private celebrations.

The investment also marks an important milestone in the continued development of Pärnu as a year-round tourism destination. Together with the city’s established hospitality offering, the new hotel is expected to strengthen Pärnu’s position among the leading leisure and wellness destinations in the Baltic Sea region.

Construction is progressing according to schedule, with the official opening planned for 2027. Additional details regarding the hotel’s accommodation, spa concept, restaurants, and guest services will be announced as the project advances.
